Organize PDF
Reorder and delete pages in a PDF.
Drop a PDF to reorder or delete pages
Rearrange the thumbnails, then rebuild · drag & drop, paste, or click to browse
Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded or sent to a server.
The rebuilt PDF keeps the pages you kept, in your new order — but page-level extras that live outside the page content (bookmarks, some form fields, or links that point to a page that moved) may not carry over. Check the result if your document relies on those. It's rebuilt in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Read our full disclaimer.
About this tool
Sometimes a PDF is nearly right but the pages are in the wrong order, or a few need to go. This tool shows every page as a thumbnail so you can move pages earlier or later and remove the ones you don't want, then rebuild a fresh PDF with just what's left, in the order you set. It reuses the pages exactly as they are — no re-rendering — so quality is untouched, and the whole thing happens in your browser.
Fixing a scan
You scanned a document but two pages came out swapped and there's a blank at the end — move one page back, delete the blank, and rebuild a tidy PDF.

Frequently asked questions
Does reordering re-compress the pages?
No. It copies the original pages into a new document in the order you choose, so the page content is byte-for-byte the same — there's no quality loss.
Is there a limit on the number of pages?
Organize renders a thumbnail for every page in your browser, so it's capped at 100 pages to stay responsive. For a larger document, split it first, organise the parts, then merge.
Can I add pages from another PDF here?
Not in this tool — Organize works within a single PDF. To combine files, use Merge PDF, then bring the result here to fine-tune the order.
Is my PDF uploaded to reorganise it?
No. The thumbnails and the rebuilt file are all created in your browser; the PDF never leaves your device.
